| Returns and Exchanges |
| We want you to be happy with your purchases!! We accept returns for a full refund up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Exchanges or store credits up to 30 days after your purchase. Items must be in original packaging, accompanied by the receipt. When we special order items for you that we don't stock, those orders may not be cancellable. Please check with our store for details, each situation is unique. |

| Furniture Delivery and Pick-up |
| We offer a full delivery and set-up service, staffed by our own employees. We do NOT use contract personnel. We know and trust our staff, and so can you. Delivery fees are based on your zip code and items delivered. You may also pick up your furniture from our warehouse, located at our store in Kansas City, MO. When picking up furniture from the store, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing time. To make delivery arrangements, please call 816-523-2229. |

| Free Layaway |
| We offer FREE 60 day layaway on all stock items. Leave a 25% deposit, and the balance is due when items are picked up. |

| Special Orders |
| We carry so many fantastic brands and styles, that stocking them all is simply not possible!! We will be happy to order exactly what you want!! Telephone orders are happily accepted! Please keep in mind, that most furniture ships in 2-3 months, so plan accordingly. We won't keep you guessing, we will call the day your furniture arrives!! |

| Multiples Discounts |
| Buying 2 or 3 (or more!!) can be expensive!! We understand, and we want to help. When you have to buy 2 or more of the same items, we offer you a 10% discount on the second, or third (or more) of the same items. We also understand that your nurseries may not be identical, so similar items are also included in the discounts. You can continue to save on car seats, bed linens, and even big kids' furniture as your family grows up!! |

| Product Warranties |
| We choose the products we sell with care. We want you to have the best choices, so we sell only the "cream of the crop". If any item purchased through our stores is in need of repairs or replacement, we will work with our manufacturer to correct the issues in the best possible way. Each of our customers receives personalized care, and each situation is unique. Please contact the store when any warranty issues arise. There is no "time limit". We are an authorized dealer of all products sold in our stores. All products are fully covered by their respective manufactures' warranty. |
